Therefore, you must always be aware of your actions along with being kind, trustworthy, and considerate to others.

The power of your mind has the ability to alter reality. Therefore, this is a power that must be controlled.
You may be asking yourself, ‘How is this possible ?’
Let’s look at an example:
If you had two identical twin boys. These two boys haven’t eaten for two days, and then, you put an apple in front of them. What would these boys do?
Most likely, they would fight over it, and the winner would eat, most or, all of it.
Now with clear and open-minded thoughts, you and I know they should divide it equally.
This would present balanced equality to the situation in response to maintain the balance of the energy we are all experiencing.
Although, each of them is really feeling hunger, and that is a reality you and I do not feel at the moment.
So we are talking about the reality of perception, energy and balance, and not imagination.
Perception, Energy & Balance
These 3 legitimate points of view are often missed at the moment, and each creates a response to experience what becomes our own reality.
Meditation will allow your mind to see multiple points of view, without judgment to create an open-minded perception of any situation or our lives as we live it.
If you can see only one point of view, then you should practice meditation longer & more often in order to unlock the potential within your mind.
The best leaders, negotiators, and diplomats know that there is a need to understand the opposing viewpoint in order to move forward on any issue.
There is always justification on both sides in any conflict, but true compromise is meeting the opposition in a different reality from where you both started. Like standing on the outside looking in or trading places.
Imagine & Create Balance
Imagine if you had the ability to travel in the space shuttle and look back on the planet.
Your view of the earth as a whole would be much different from within your space vehicle than the view of the world from the person living in poverty, within a refugee camp.
You could not see, or feel that persons pain, and they could not feel your freedom and see the curiosities of your view. Each of you would have a different vivid picture of life on earth.

You can meditate from a mountain top, or sitting on your couch.

You will gain the balance and positive energy to help mankind and your surroundings to experience the same as you wish to receive by smiling more often, maintaining your emotional well being and focus.

Once you have discovered how easy it is to achieve balance and a focused well being, you are no longer struggling with yourself or with who is right and who is wrong” in life.
